 nitrofurination side effects  UTI اتوصفله يوفامين " nitrofurination " وبعد ما اخذ العلاج حصله ارتفاع في درجه الحراره وتقول دا السبب الــ UTI لا طبعا نظره بتعمق شو يه في الـ nitrofurination - اول حاجه ودي انا شوفتها هو ان الدواء دا بيعمل pneumonitis كامله متكامله التهاب رئوي " بعض الابحاث قالت انها بتظهر في خلال 3 ال6 شهور " اعراضها ايه :- - كحه - سخونيه - خنقه وضيق في التنفس - همدان طبعا حسب الـ severity بتكون درجه الاعراض طيب الموضوع دا بيحصل اذاي ؟ والله فيه بحث وصفها بانها عامله زي الـ loeffler syndrome لا كدا عرفناها :D اقول لحضرتك ان لما اخذو عينات وحللوها لقو ان الـ nitrofurination بينشط الـ esinophile ودي من جنود المناعه في الرئه وبيعلي تركيزها الي حد 80% وبالتالي بتطلع بقي توابع وجود جند من المناعه بتطلع الــ inflamatory mediators وتعمل الالتهابات وينتج عنها التهاب رؤي لذلك قالو انك لو هتستخدم الدواء دا لفتره كبيره فيفضل انك تستخدم معاه كورتيزون دا لو لفتره اكثر من ثلاث شهور لكن انا الحاله لي شوفتها ك...

Acetaminophen Prescription Combination Drug Products with More than 325 mg: Recommendation to Discontinue Prescribing and Dispensing The FDA is recommending healthcare professionals discontinue prescribing and dispensing prescription combination drug products that contain more than 325 mg of acetaminophen per tablet, capsule or other dosage unit. There are no available data to show that taking more than 325 mg of acetaminophen per dosage unit provides additional benefit that outweighs the added risks for liver injury. Furthermore, limiting the amount of acetaminophen per dosage until will reduce the risk of severe liver injury from inadvertent acetaminophen overdose, which can lead to liver failure, liver transplant, and death.
