الاسم التجاري : OMNIC الاسم العلمي: Tamsulosin الشكل الدوائي:capsul ما هو دواء Tamsulosin؟؟ افحص تفاعلات الدواء مع ادوية اخرى ما هو دواء تامسولوسين ان تامسولوسين (Tamsulosin) هو معيق مستقبلات الفا (Alpha Receptors) ويعطى مرة واحدة في اليوم، لعلاج تضخم حميد في غدة البروستاتة (Prostate). انه بالمقارنة مع الادوية الاخرى التي تعمل على اعاقة مستقبلات الفا فينوكسيبنزامين (Phenoxybenzamine)، تيرازوسين (Terazosin)، دوكسازوسين - (Doxazosin -)، فان تامسولوسين له تاثيرات جانبية اقل لانخفاض ضغط الدم، وذلك بفضل فعاليته الانتقائية على مستقبلات الفا الموجودة في البروستاتة، وليست تلك الموجودة في الاوعية الدموية. في حين ان الادوية الاخرى تتطلب زيادة تدريجية للجرعة لمنع انخفاض ضغط الدم، اما باستعمال تامسولوسين فلا يتطلب زيادة تدريجية كهذه. بالاضافة الى ذلك، لا يوجد للتامسولوسين تفاعلات مع ادوية اخرى مثل: اتنولول (Atnolol)، انالابريل (Analaparil) ونيفديفين (Nifdfin). ولذلك هو اكثر سلامة بالنسبة للمرضى الذين يعانون من تضخم حميد للبروستاتا ومن ارتفاع ضغط الدم. ومع ذلك، فان التامسولوسين غير مخصص لعلاج ارت

ما هو دواء Gabapentin؟ اسم الشركة NEURONTIN ان جابابنتين (Gabapentin) هو دواء مضاد للتشنجات الذي يناسب علاج النوبات الجزئية، كاضافة الى ادوية اخرى. ان افضلية الجابابينتين على غيره من الادوية مضادة التشنجات، هو ان له تفاعلات قليلة نسبيا مع الادوية. ابدى الجابابينتين نجاعة ايضا في علاج الالام المتعلقة بالامراض العصبية، كالالم الذي يظهر نتيجة الهربس النطاقي (Shingles / herpes zoster)، ويتم بحثه كعلاج وحيد للنوبات الجزئية، كعلاج للتشنج الناتج عن التصلب المتعدد (Multiple sclerosis) والرجفة. هناك امكانية لاستعماله في الاضطراب ثنائي القطبية (Bipolar). capsul ويعطى 3 مرات يوميا الجرعة: للبالغين: 300 ملغم في اليوم الاول قبل النوم. في اليوم الثاني - 300 ملغم مرتين في اليوم. وفي اليوم الثالث - 300 ملغم 3 مرات في اليوم. يمكن الزيادة بشكل تدريجي حتى بلوغ الـ 1800 ملغم لليوم. الاطفال، سن 3 حتى 12: نزيد بشكل تدريجي، ابتداء من 10 وحتى 15 ملغم \ كغم في اليوم، مقسمة على 3 جرعات. يمكن بلوغ الـ 50 ملغم \ كغم لليوم. نسيان الجرعة: عند نسيان تناول الجرعة يجب تناوله مباشرة عند التذكر، في حال اقتراب موعد الج
